Metacaulk FRM Fire-Rated Mortar
Specially formulated rapid-hardening gypsum/cement compound. Sets without shrinking to form a rigid, gas-tight, fire-resistant seal. Up to 4-hour fire resistance. 45 lb bag yields 1,350–1,500 cu in. depending on mix ratio. Can be cut, drilled, and resealed.

Installation overview
- Clean all openings and penetrating items
- Mix with clean water: pourable (2.5:1) for floors, stiff (3:1) for walls
- WALLS: Trowel stiff mix into opening; use damming for larger holes
- FLOORS: Install damming material, pour mortar mix around penetrants
- Allow to set and cure
