Installation overview
- Clean all joints, openings, and penetrating items
- Cut sheet to overlap opening by min 2 in. on all sides
- Contour around penetrating items, max 3/8 in. gap
- Apply Joint Strip or FR Putty under sheet around perimeter
- Secure with 3/8" x 1-1/4" steel fasteners at 6" centers, steel side exposed
- Apply 1/2" bead of Metacaulk Putty or 1000 at penetrant interface
